AWG - Convert to Square mm
AWG-American wire gauge, also known as the Brown&Sharpe wire gauge, is a U.S. standard set of non-ferrous wire conductor sizes. The "gauge" is related to the diameter of the wire.
The AWG standard includes copper, aluminum and other wire materials. The higher the gauge number, the smaller the diameter and the thinner the wire.
Here's the table converting AWG to mm diameter.
