IWISS disconnect tools are designed for 1/4″, 3/8″, 1/2″, 3/4″, and 1″ brass push-to-connect (push-fit) fittings.
Available models:

• CRQ01 – Plier-style disconnect tool
• CRQ02 – Clamp-style disconnect tool
• CRQ03 – 3-in-1 tool with disconnect, deburr, and depth gauge functions

Always match the tool size to the fitting size for proper release.

• CRQ01 uses a tong/plier mechanism for quick release.
• CRQ02 uses a clamp-style release jaw for added leverage.

The CRQ03 is a multifunctional tool: it integrates a disconnect tool for push-to-connect fittings plus a deburr and depth gauge for preparing copper/PEX tubing for proper connections. It can replace separate deburring and disconnect tools.

• Slide the tool over the tubing into the fitting.
• Align the jaw/clamp against the fitting collar.
• Squeeze to depress the collet and release the pipe.

Always ensure the tool is seated flush against the fitting before squeezing to avoid slipping.

If the tool slips, ensure you:

• Match the tool jaw size to the correct fitting size
• Fully seat the tool against the fitting before applying pressure
• Squeeze deliberately and steadily

If release issues persist, check for burrs or pipe misalignment.
